Avaloo Events and Rentals is a little different than most. We work very close with the Bride to make sure all their visions come to life! We don't have a limit on how many times we talk on the phone or video chat. We feel like we are here to make your experience stress free and fun. Not to stress you out more. 

We are there for your Rehearsal Dinner if you have one and will have your timeline set that will make your day run smooth. 

On your Wedding Day we are at your venue early and stay until everything is done. We don't charge for extra hours. While we are there we make sure you have everything you need. We meet the vendors as they come in and make sure they are set up on time. We greet guest as they arrive and show them where thy need to go. During the reception, we clean tables and are always seen in case someone needs anything.
